... just to give everyone a quicks head ups. Since Lani and I are running all our miles above 6700ft mean sea level, we're going to go ahead and add an extra mile or so for every mile we run. Put that in your proverbial pipe and smoke it :-).

We might as well be running with a snorkel for all the humidity here in Florida. Maybe we should use the conversion for swimming. 1 mile here = 4 miles running anywhere else. This is Bren.

ReplyDeleteHow about the desert heat? Nothin' like a blazing hot sun scorching you as you exercise...unless you consider adding some humidity to the mix :).
